hi, just stumbled upon your website while looking for the peachtree spinners page. how was your first meeting there? i hope to go to the next one the end of this month. am enjoying your pages here...btw, did you know that you can spin the hair from your cats and dogs?

M

thanks for the donegal comment! i love your critters :-)

Hey Pixie

Just listened to your podcast this morning on the bus for the first time. Loved it. Will definitely listen to more.

BTW, I'm in Australia - a long way from Georgia!

Keep up the good work!

Helen

Love your podcast. Good job. I'm a different knitting generation than you - 47 - but I'm really enjoying your perspective and fun outlook. I can get good ideas for what to knit my nieces from you, too. Are you familiar with elann.com. You mentioned Knitty and MagKnits, but elann is also a staple of mine for free patterns on the 'net.

Thanks for sharing yourself.

Becky

Hi again. Is Toby an English Shepherd? He looks a lot like our Mandy who was an English Shepherd - pretty rare breed, but a wonderful and amazingly smart dog.

Brandy,
I am enjoying your podcast immensely! You have a wonderful energy and your interest in spinning shines! I am also a spinner and I encourage you to join Spindler's list and Spin-List. I do both spindle spinning and wheel spinning and I have a 7 ft. Tri-loom which turns out nice shawls.

I just heard the end of your podcast and I am completely the same way about mornings. I need at least 30 minutes of alarm-smashing time before I can be counted on. In addition to setting my alarm about half an hour before I need to get up, I have the clock set 15 minutes fast, so it's actually a 45-minute window of my sleepiness.

Hi, I don't have a blog, but, I've been listening to your podcast and I love it...You're great...I even checked out Cucumber Patch and the Knitter's Review Forum like you said. Another place on e-Bay that I like to get yarn from is: Jannette's Rare Yarns..I ordered some great Rowan from her and I thought it was really affordable...She ships from the UK and it's fast and cheap...I think I got my yarn in under a week...I knit this beautiful clutch purse for my friends b-day and she cried when she opened it...It felt good to make someone so happy...Keey up the great work..I really enjoy your podcast and look forward to hearing it..Thanks, Stacie (Chicago, IL)

Hi:

I just wanted to say I really enjoy listening to your podcasts. I downloaded them all and am now on #4 :-) You say things that find me going, "Hey! That's exactly how I feel!" when you talk about perfectionism getting in the way, lack of confidence in knitting, etc. so I feel like we have things in common. Anyway, please keep up the great work and know that there are plenty of us out here who are appreciating what you are doing L-O-T-S!!! Sara ~ Cajun Country...

Hey...love your site. I used to live in Georgia (Savannah) but now I knit in Los Angeles...wanted to say keep up the good work.

Pixie! You've got a Rainbow Brite shirt!!! EEEEEEEE!! I ADORE her! WHere-ever did you find it?! xoxo

see on Sat. I have been reading your site for months. I love it. Would like to tell how much I admire all that you do .

Lovely site and a good read too. Just thought I would pass on my appreciation!
