Detail of front, I totally love the little alternate purl 2 ribbing on the inside edge of the v-neck.

Next it says: Dec 1 st at the neck edge of the next and every foll row until there are 26st left.

Which is the neck edge? Both sides? Does following row mean every other, or every? I got no brain.
