Progress
Last night I did all my counting for fitz and made sure the two peices where the same height. Lets hope I got it right, then I bound off the shoulder edges and I only have to knit 2 inches till the next step and divide for the v-neck. I'm very nervouse but resistng the urge to mess with the measurments any.
I have decided to do the lacey scarf in the green yarn sence it's less variated and will show off the pattern better. Also my husband likes the green and it will look nice with my hair and the color of most of my clothing right now. I am all about the greens.
So in turn I spent atleast an hour last night winding the hank into a ball and then re-winding it because some pieces looked stretched outi n the ball. My husband thought I was nuts to re-wind it, but I can't stand the thought of streting and ruining the yarn.
In other prospective knits I found an adorable "dress" shift, sleevless from Vogue Knitting 1962. It calls for:
Brunswicks Fairhaven Fingering Yarn, which I found out was 100% WOOL 1OZ = 185 approx yardage from this great link.
