Well this week as been hectic in a way I don't think I have been hectice sense well, in a long time!!

Last night I had a little fit, and pouted about how if one more thing came up I would scream! Normally I plan NOTHING, as in each and every night I have nothing to do but whatever I want to do!

This week I have had a plan each night, mainly including quilting and sometimes involving a trip to the mall. For example I need to go to the mall before I see my prego (short for pregnant) friend. I want to get her something nice for HER, and also nice wrappings for the baby blanket.

Well I have had nearly 3 meetings every day, and been half a day behind in all my work. Amazingly I just caught up, and it's only 5:30!! I am happy, almost...

So I had left it till thursday to go to the mall (probably not the wisest thing) and of course now I have a 5 - 6pm meeting tommorow night!! GAH! Will I have time to go to the mall AND complete any last minute quilting?? Not to mention the fact I have a meeting friday and I PRAY the person doesn't want any changes to our designs so I don't have to worry about catching my plane.

AM I MAD?? I probably am, but what I have learned is, never again quilt with a deadline. NEVER AGAIN! Seriously. I have made more mistakes then I have wanted to, however the COMPLETED top looks great! I finished last night, and then did a test applique. It says to wash all fabric BEFORE but I can't with this!! I need to not so it will get all wrinkly whhen it shrinks!! So the test came out SO-SO. I need to make VERY sure that I iron the edges (one side was missed) and the machine sewing around the outside, well I am not good enough with a machine. So I plan on doing some sort of hand embroidered thing that sort overlaps the whole edge, because the edge does sorta look rough at some parts so I want to mask that.

So here is to another long night!!! Oh and I forgot to get my mom's address to mail her the scarf and birthday card. I have no idea if I will have time before I lease!! Maybe I'll just take it to NC and mail it from there on saturday, then it will only have half the distance to go!!

I'm gonna go relax in a bath before I hit the quilting. I need to iron on the 3 stars, and emroider them. I would like to start the quilting, so that I don't leave it all to TOMOROWO NIGHT!!!! AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
