Knitting Soiree
Well it technically started out as a spinning Soiree. After the distaff day celebration I was motivated to have all us bloggers to get together and knit. But I suppose in the end it was a Knitting/Spinning Soiree as there was something of both!

I had a blast, I do like to host things. I got everything as planned, Strawberries and Rose'. Merlot and cheese. Would you believe we ate all the cheese? I wish I had a photo of the before, it was two bagfuls of square cheese. Everyone brought some yummy treats, scrumptious chocolate chip cookies, apple crumb cake, and my favorite some delicious white cake with chocolate icing which Sarah added red sprinkles cause she knows I love that. Thanks everyone for bringing the yummy treats!
Oh and of course I knitted on Chamonix for the Olympics
Did I mention i got a little drunk from the wine? Shhhh, we won't tell anyone!

Boo hoo! I wish I had been there, but my hubby and I had a GREAT date day/night. We don't get those very often. I will try to come next time!
