Solid Socks KAL - Winners!
The requirments of the KAL was to finish a pair of solid socks before the new year, and photograph them creativly.

I think Jan took this contest very seriously and took a very creative photograph, still life! Her socks are such a pretty pattern and lots of forethought went into them!

I love the photo of the socks on the bed. I can imagine April snuggling her feet under the covers feeling all happy cause she made her first pair of socks and her feet are all cozy.

Well! what a lovely surprise to see my photo up there. No, I didn't take them too seriously. Almost all my socks are photographed on the table on my covered back deck. I had thought about the winding road with bumps and potholes etc when I made up the pattern, and was just getting my camera out when my eye saw the book on my sadly out of order bookshelves. It wasn't on the shelf but perched on top of a pile which was waiting to be sorted. After that, it was just a short jump to think of the NB trainers. Thanks for the frist place!
