Dalegarn Trend
No head ache last night! Apparently I am making up for the past 4 days of misery with an extreme bout of energy. Last night I jammed away on a Dalegarn Trend sleeveless top. I was going to knit the cute little v-neck shell but decided against it because it starts out by knitting two bottom bands and THEN slip stitching them to get them in the round. I just *really* wasn't in the mood and was craving some more circular madness. So I opted for the cute ribby top in this photo:
I am not going to be doing any stripes or anything fancy. I think if I like how it turns out I might knit one with stripes for my sister in the cover colors while are pinks and blacks. It's also a tad short so I'm going to make it an inch longer. All of these shells in this book are different lengths!
I was pleased with how much I got done in 2 hours last night. Casting on 200 stitches and knitting the first 2 rows for me is always frustratingly slow. I knit over an inch of 1x1 ribbing. It calls for nearly 3 inches then after that its stockinette heaven. I can't wait 'cause I know I can jam through it after that! I just adore this pale sea-foam-ish green.

Wow. I started knitting that sweater in the colors shown last year. I stopped at the sleeves - don't know why - just wanted to do something else. I believe your post is a sign that I should finish the sweater for this summer. Have fun.
