Well last night my husband got desperate and used the Shopvac (sp?) to suck up all the dog fur. Goldens shed so horrible, I suggested we use it on her but she's to much of a chicken and he didn't want to traumatize her.

If you can tell from the picture of our house, the beds against the front of the house are WAY overgrown and what you can't see are some tall weeds that are sticking up! So this weekend the hubby promises to get off the computer and help me clean it up. I'm looking forward to it. It’s hard to get him off the computer over the weekends and I just want us to accomplish something so when Sunday roles around I don't feel like the whole entire weekend was "wasted". If he got to sleep all weekend he would not view it as wasted, but well spent.

I was able to record my podcast last night. Hubby fiddled with the power cord until it worked and I got through half way in the editing when it ran out again. It charged well all night (yay!) so I'll be able to finish editing when I get home and put it out into itunes etc.
