Phildar Eponge is a lovely cotton-mix boucle yarn that is very elastic and light. I would like to hear if any of you have used it and if you liked it. I might knit up a loose fitting tunic for it that I have the pattern for.

I have a whole bunch of it in charcoal gray -- I was going to knit the drop-stitch cowl neck sweater from Phildar magazine a couple years ago, but I never got into it. I couldn't seem to swap the stuff away either, so it's still sitting here. It might have been more the stitches than the yarn (tiny needles, plus eponge is not drop-stitch friendly) so it might be nice with the right pattern.
I've been pretty curious about a lot of the Phildar yarns like Falaise (sp?) because they all seem so kid friendly with their cotton content, but elastic and so easier on the hands to knit.
I'm using tne Esponge now and I really like it. The only thing that I am not thrilled with is the fact that I'm on size 1 needles. I am doing the pink and orange sweater in the current pattern book.
