It's 4 colors and a base, I was thinking of doine the white/cream as a base, and then Sage, Turqiuse, Blue and Sand. I'll have to see it in person, I may want go to with the darker brown to get more contrast (and then I think I would swap out the Sand for Citrine). I think it would be a challange for me because I have not knit anything with any complex patterns. Not a bad challange, a good challange!

Any feedback on colors is welcome. I am still brainstorming and wouldn't be buying the yarn until I was able to run by Cast on Cottage (probably the saturday after next).

What a fun top to knit! I just listened to your podcast for the first time this weekend, and your troubles with tank tops. I hope this one works out better for you!!
(What is it with $90 tank tops? I want to make the one in IK Spring '06 that calls for the Alchemy Bamboo, also a little expensive for a tank top!).
I really enjoyed your podcast (so did my husband, as we were listening to it driving home!) and am looking forward to the next one. :)

I like Hempathy - it is a nice yarn and has a good drape to it. I haven't made anything with it yet though - look forward to seeing how your halter comes out!

Personally I like the colour combination with the brown rather than the cream - and I don't think it's only because I prefer the citrine to the sand. I think the cream could look a bit wishy washy - but that may just be me having difficulty imagining it since the picture shows it with brown. (I notice you're not going for the red/pink! lol.)

That's a really cute tank. I agree with Anne, I like it better with the brown, more contrast looks better, I think. Hempathy sounds like a great yarn to knit it with, too. I have been thinking about getting some for myself to knit a tank. :-)
