Holy Crud

Don't ever let me into Etzei's again. I spent far to much on dinner. I had never been before but the lady at my hair salon insisted it was the best "take out" in the world. Indeed it was very impressive. I got some kinda berry pastry and lots of different food and then some far to expensive chocolate that i just had to try.

Chocolate

Here is dorky me excited I found a knitting article in W magazine (may issue?).

But before all the Salon fun I stopped by the WWKIP day in Roswell.

WWKIP 2006

I go there first and ran into Tammy and her hubby. Then many of the NEGA crew trickled in, and a guy knitter! Sorry if you think its dumb but I am always facinated by guy knitters. In particular older gentlmen with beards. I left for the hair apt so I missed a whole other group of people coming, grrr!

We totally missed you when you were gone! Besides you're a celebrity and Katey wanted to meet you. Yes, we did finally hook up with the whole crowd, even Jill!

Little known Eatzi fact. If you go about 8:45 pm, they mark a LOT of stuff half off. Great way to get their good food at a good price if you don't mind eating late.

Mmmm Michel Cluizel chocolates are the best.
I'm fascinated by guy knitters too, there's one that shows up to my moto-knitter group...he's got to be near 60 years old and he knits sweaters for his nieces and socks too!

Hey look, you're a celebrity! Cool! hahaha I know a celebrity, who'da thunk it? It was SO hot here, yesterday, the thought of knitting outside made me queasy. (with 3 kids in tow, not fun, either) So I knit in MY public, in front of my kids and my Mom and my sister =P and my husband. Does that count?

Hey! I love your blog and podcast! I am a lonely knitter living in Roswell and would be VERY happy to meet up with some fellow knitters from time to time. Could you tell me more about you meet-ups and if they are open to all? Thanks!
