Over at the spinning forum, Silver has been an evil enabler. Under her influence I have just ordered myself some "student" hand carders at a good price.

For your amusement this is a photo of my "menagerie" from last night around 11pm.
Do you spot the cat? Willow was licking my hand (an effort to keep her head still) and Toby was just getting a good lick at his own nose.
Believe it or not I am into repeat #4, it's just not very far as "progress" goes. But I adore how it looks :) hehe!
PS. My servers went down for a bit, but seem okay now.

Those socks are going to be great! An Interweave from a couple of years ago had that stitch pattern on a baby sweater - I knit it up, and it was a pretty fun pattern.

Everywhere I turn I hear people bitching about heels on toe-up socks, I'm considering doing an experiment where I knit and demo every short row heel I can find for comparison's sake. Yeah, with all my extra time....
