Friday Night

It's always funny how on IM friday nights like hardly anyone is on. Friday night is a night that the husbeast and I love staying home. It's a "non-work" night and we spend time together watching SCI FI channel or like tonight he ran by Fry's and got some video games to play while I knit.

Willow and her tree trunk

I went into work today and it was much better then when I attempted to go in Wednesday, I'm still sick and the sickness has moved into my throat/chest now so I suppose it's in stage 3 of what I hope is the last stage. Willow seems to feel much better and is even playing with her toys again, and Toby is sneezing a lot and sleeping.

Tulip Baby Sweater

I cast-on for the baby raimbow cardi last night and made loads of progress, I knit another length of color tonight (dark green) but then got tired/headache-y and had to stop. I'm going to go curl up and fall asleep watching the husbeast fight Athena as he is the "God of War".

We like staying in on Friday nights too. And our activites are the same as yours. My husbands new game console of choice is the Nintendo Wii. I must say... I like it too... but my spinning and knitting need to be done as well.

Say when you guys moving next door? ;o)
Well, if you ever move over to this neck of the woods(Vancouver, WA/Portland, OR) just know there's another nerdy couple doing the same as you two, who would enjoy the company of another couple.

BTW, I think I might need to knit one of those cardi's. They are so stinking cute! I'm also falling in love with Knitty's "Grow with me."

I found your blog when I was googling Tulip sweaters. I just wanted to make sure that normal, non-Yarn Harloty people could make this sweater. Yours is beautiful! I'm definitely ordering the kit now.

The cardigan is looking beautiful. Wow, you are already on your 3rd Trimester! I hope you feel better soon! Ginger tea tend to help me a lot.

Take good care!

That Dream in Color baby cardigan is super cute. For that price, sure I'd knit one too. I think it's so cute, how can you go wrong with the very best for your little one and you didn't spend $130, right? Thanks so much for your help. I had a great time at Knitch. The people were very friendly and helpful.

The baby rainbow thing is SO pretty. We do nothing usually on Friday's too, this Friday I was too tired to think about the computer. Long day. Can't wait to see the FO
