I read on Ravelry that they have had something near like 15,000 people sign up to use the site. 15,000??? OMG I had no idea that many knitters where online let alone even aware of something like Ravelry which is pretty much new and only known about through word of mouth. I remember durring the knitting Olympics there was like 4,000 sign-ups and I was all impressed that many knitters online read blogs and participated, but 15.000?? That's INSANE people!! INSANE!! We are compeltly takng over the internet! I always said buying yarn was like buying shoes and purses, and I guess a lot of people have the same habbit. For those of you waiting on your invites that have signed up, just be patient! You will get your turn and honestly the longer you wait the better it will be because the whole entire site is based on users uploading content, I like to wait a week or so and then I login again and look up the same patterns as before only to see more FO's and progress pics.

I could have knit a lot more this week and today, but I've been mostly grumpy for no good reason. I feel bored, but don't want to actually do anything, but finally I convinced myself to knit something and I finished the 1 sleeve on the Tulip Cardi. It's something, better then nothing!
