Massive Progress

Well i wake up at 7:30am no matter how tired I am, and I basically try to be as silent as I can be because the husbeast likes to sleep in until atleast 11am (2pm if he had his way) so I tip toe around the house trying to keep the dogs from barking, I get on the internets, I knit etc.

So once he did wake up and after he got in some game play he cleaned up the kitchen/bedroom and I worked on the ex-craft room. Massive progress was made today and luckily it was over cast so the house wasn't too hot. My cold is finally getting better, not 100% but I would say atleast 60/70% better! By next weekend I'll be right as rain.

Clean Craft Room Step 2

All this stuff belongs in the room but until we get furniture there is no place to put it all. I realized with how complelty computer driven my husband and I are, it might be a good idea if we had something we could put in this new room that would allow us to have our computers near by. This will probably remain the cleanest room in the house (we will put up a baby gate and the dogs won't be allowed in all the time) and so it just makes sence and I found something really cute that would match and serve the purpose. Next week I'll drag the other half out to target to get it.

Clean Craft Room Step 2

All that remains of yarn in the room is my cute little yarn-cubby and my favorite chair which will eventually make there way into the bedroom once we make room. Now I'm going to go take a nap and knit! Loads of progress on the tulip sweater but I'll save photos for later :)

Wow! Time is getting down to the minimum, isnt it? Baby is almost here! Wow!

The room looks cute. Will be cuter with a baby in it. But they always make things cuter, sweeter.... etc.

Oh, and every nursery needs a few balls of yarn, up on a shelf... for added character. I mean... ya know, if it make hubeast happy... let me put an action figure in there too, next to the yarn. I say the yarn cubby and chair stays. It's not like you're going to get sleep anyways, you'll be in there ALL THE TIME. You'll need something to knit, plus the baby wont crawl or walk for months... so you're good to go. Yarn cubby stays.

I'll shut up.
Have a happy 4th!

I glad to hear you're feeling better.
The furniture is so precious, the room will look so sweet by the time the baby arrives I can't wait to see pictures of the finished design.Hope you and husbeast have a great 4th. Your friend up north. Carol
