I wanted to show off some of the wonderful hand-crafted items from various friends, both online and in RL.
Two Peapod cardi's!
The wonderful Anne from across the pond sent this. Anne was in a previous life my Secret Pal. I was very suprised when this came in the mail to Sydney. Who does sydney know in England, I wondered. Erika who is a long time online/chat buddy also sent along a peapod in white, which I think looks lovely (despite her insisting it looked crappy). I adore them both! I also show them off to any visitors we get.
A big ol' box came in the mail a few weeks ago, and the address was georgia so i was curious, and when I opened it up I recognized it immediatly because I had seen Amanda knitting it on her blog and had even commented on it! It's cute and now lives in her crib (until she's old enough to get to it heh). Next to it is a crochet blanket from a former co-workers grandmother, my friend Shelly... I was like "your grandmother knit this?? for Sydney?? cool!". Shelly also made some stuff, and Erika made some baby booties but I have yet to photograph those! More to come!

So glad you like the bear! I was freaking out a little when I made it (I didn't know you had read my blog) but I figured it would still be a surprise since you didn't know it was for Sydney!
