LOVE the podcast! Keep casting. I'm here in the Atlanta area too. Is the meet-up group still on?

Hey there. I just checked the Meet-up board and it looks like there are a bunch of us in the North Atlanta area that would love to start a meetup. Email me and let me know if you can think of a place we could all meet. Roswell/Marietta area seems pretty central!

I recommend the Shapely Tank from White Lies designs - a free pattern that shows how to use short-row shaping at bust and/or hips to get perfect fit. Joan's website also shows how to turn this into a tshirt. The instructions are understandable, the knitting is straight forward, and I've seen it made to fit a wide range of body shapes (NAYY). Here's the link: http://tinyurl.com/ag4ab Hope it works for you! And i've really enjoyed your podcast, please keep 'em coming

Pixie - I love your latest podcast. Thanks for bragging about the "Southern belles" knitting group ;-) We are glad you found us! I am sorry to hear about the tank top. It looked so nice when you worked on it Saturday. I'll bring my tank top pattern collection to the next meeting. Maybe we can find something for you. Happy Knitting! Claudia

Another great podcast. I caught wind of the Annie Modesitt drama on Knitty today. And if you haven't seen it already, yarn shop owner has updated her blog.

Hi Pixie! I cross posted on KR, but thought this might be of interest to you also. Last year, I went to an awesome Lynne Vogel dye workshop. This year she is having a weekender outside of Huntsville, AL. It will be on spinning for colorwork knitting. If you are interested in the details either for yourself or to include in a podcast, please feel free to email me. I know this is OT, but didn't know how else to contact you. Thanks!

You're at the very top of my favorite podcast list.
Keep it up ;-)

Nice job on the Podcast. You addressed the controversies intelligently and fairly, I thought. The "You Knit What" site cracks me up. I know some of the commenters are mean, but I still think it's great to have a site showing the outer fringe of wild style - including those that clearly went overboard. Like you, I'm glad there are designers pushing the limits. It's just hilarious what happens when they push a tad too far.

Loved the podcast! I listened last night and was busy knitting at the time, so I hope I remember all of the things I wanted to comment on! Tank tops. Oh, yes. I too like a thicker strap to cover bra straps because alas I cannot go without one. I prefer a looser fit though it would make me look bigger! Also the controversie thing. Very interesting. I have visited You Knit What and have seen funy things and mean things. But I did see the hat in MagKnits and didn't particularly like it myself. But would I post about it? The designer seems to have a good attitude about it and she has a bunch of other fun designs on her site. So with all of the publicity, maybe that's the silver lining. At least she's out there and creating, eh? Looking forward to your next episode!

I feel so badly about the Dale tank. First, because I know how bad it feels to put so much work into something and know that you're never going to wear it. UGH. Second, because I'm knitting that tank!! Double UGH! (I haven't progressed any further than the post on my blog.) Good catch on the Trekking 100. I'm going to knit those next. Awesome PodCast - It's one that I always look forward to.

I'm really enjoying your podcast. Good content.

hi, love your podcast and was listening to an earlier episode about loading pdf files to ipod video. Can't seem to find the link on how to do this anywhere - can you help?
